Do I need an account to place an order?
No, it's not required. However, we recommend you to sign up for an account to enjoy the benefits of being our Royal Club member.
What are the benefits of becoming Lovelvet's Royal Club member?
As a Lovelvet Royal Club member, you are entitled for the following:

How do I place an order?
When finding something you like, simply select the variant (if applicable) and quantity you would like to purchase, and either click on the ADD TO CART button or BUY NOW button. The BUY NOW button will bring you straight to the cart.
You can either continue shopping or if you are ready to proceed with the order, click on the shopping bag icon and select CHECKOUT.
Follow the instructions to fill out the delivery information and payment method.
*Kindly remember to double check your total amount and apply any applicable discount code before placing the order.

What forms of payment do you accept?
For your convenience, Lovelvet offers several payment options as follows: -

- Credit/Debit cards via PayPal*

Can I pay with e-wallet?
Yes, you can either pay with e-wallet via
- iPay88 (Boost, GrabPay, Touch n' Go eWallet) or via
- Maybank QR Pay (DuitNow) for BigPay, Boost, GrabPay, ShopeePay, Touch 'n Go eWallet and more.
Can I pay with Cash on Delivery (COD)?
We apologize, but we do not offer COD as a payment option as we only ship out orders after payment. Kindly refer to the payment options listed above as alternatives. Thank you for your understanding.
How can I use the discount code?
Just apply the discount code at the cart or after checkout.
Kindly note that certain discount codes can only be applied after logging in to an account. Remember to login or sign up before checking out.
Can I use more than one discount codes on my order?
Unfortunately, our system can only accept ONE code for an order at a time.
Can I cancel my order?
If you have made a mistake in your order and would like to cancel it, please let us know as soon as possible. Kindly refer to the Order Cancellation section in the Return & Exchange for more information.
How long does it take for my item(s) to arrive?
Orders are typically processed within 24 hours during business days. Once your order has been shipped out, the delivery duration will vary depending on the destination. Kindly refer here for more details.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, Lovelvet ships worldwide. Kindly refer here for more details on the shipping fee and shipping duration. Note that any international order should complete the payment via Paypal only.
How should I care for my jewelry?
Just like us, sometimes your jewelry needs some rest too. Giving them extra care by removing your pieces before bed, shower or workout should help them stay shiny and last longer. Visit our Jewelry Care page to read more.
An item I love is out of stock, is there anything I can do?
Wishlist the item; this way we know someone is keeping an eye on it and would restock the item at the soonest possible.
Where is the Wishlist button?
As the wishlist function is a members exclusive feature, kindly sign up for an account or login for the wishlist button to appear on the product page.
What is your return policy?
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to return or exchange items within 7 days of your order being delivered to you. Kindly refer to our Return and Exchange Policy for more details.
I would like to unsubscribe from your newsletter.
You can do so by clicking the unsubscribe button at the bottom of the newsletter email. Kindly note that by unsubscribing, you will no longer receive emails for member's birthday discount and other exclusive offers.
Do you have a physical store?
Unfortunately, we do not have a physical store as Lovelvet is established online in hopes to bring wonders of affordable and delicate fashion accessories to the greater masses.
