      Due to COVID-19, kindly expect delays on the delivery of your Lovelvet orders. Your patience and kind understanding towards this is greatly appreciated.

• All orders shipped out of Malaysia could incur charges due to local duties and taxes. Lovelvet is not responsible for any additional fees, restricted items or delay in delivery due to these circumstances. If you have any queries or concerns about this, please check your local customs policy.

• Orders are typically processed within 24 hours during business days with the following exceptions: 

  • Orders that include presale or pre-order product(s) with process duration less than 3 days, will be shipped out together after all the products are ready.

  • Orders that include presale or pre-order product(s) with process duration more than 3 days, will be shipped out separately according to the product(s) availability.

• Once your order has been shipped out, an email with a tracking number and order details will be sent out to your email address. Kindly check your spam folder if you don't see it in your inbox.

• Kindly take note that couriers might not be able to deliver to P.O. Box addresses. Make sure that your postage address is secure as Lovelvet is not responsible for lost and stolen packages.

• Amendments to product(s), customer or delivery details are not allowed once your orders have been shipped out. Alternatively, if you have any queries about placing an order or an order you have received, please contact us here.

• For parcels that have been undelivered or returned to us, you will be contacted for an alternative postage address. However, please note that then re-delivery fee will be required according to standard shipping charges.
